Hostel fees for the Academic Year
2026 - 27,
commencing from
01st July 2026 to 31st May 2027,
is Rs. 1,10,000/-.
In addition, Rs. 5,000/-
shall be paid as a one-time security deposit by newly admitted students only,
which is refundable on certain terms and conditions.
OMS package students will be allotted hostel outside the campus only.
All hostel fees will be accepted through online mode only.
No installment facility is available for hostel fees.
Based on availability of rooms, an appropriate room shall be allotted by the
Hostel Rector / Incharge. Rooms shall be allotted on a four-students sharing
basis and on a first come, first serve basis.
No fees will be refunded on cancellation of hostel admission.
Limited rooms are available for double occupancy with attached washroom on a
first come, first serve basis on payment of
Rs. 1,50,000/- per Academic Year.
B. Hostel Refund Policy on Certain Terms and Conditions
Any provisionally admitted student who gets a year drop in SF / SUN and could
not seek admission to the higher class, if hostel fees are already paid, shall
be eligible for refund as follows:
1/4th deduction shall be made up to
30th September 2026, even if the student
stayed for a single day. The remaining amount shall be refunded or
carried forward for the next year.
If the student stays beyond
30th September 2026 up to
31st December 2026,
1/2 deduction shall be made, even if
stayed for a single day after 30th September 2026. The remaining amount
shall be refunded or carried forward for the next year.
Staying beyond
31st December 2026, no refund shall be
given to any student.
The student must submit the refund application along with the grade sheet
to the Hostel Department.
Any other student, except year drop students, once hostel fees are paid, shall
not be eligible for any refund.
In case any disciplinary action is taken against a student staying in the
hostel, no refund shall be given. The hostel fees and security deposit shall be
forfeited.
A fixed deduction of
Rs. 2,500/- shall be made towards common
maintenance.
C. Action Against Damage to Hostel Property
If a student damages hostel property in the room, such as window grills,
Shera shades, electrical equipment, cupboards, lockers, wall painting or any
other equipment, a penalty shall be imposed as decided by the Rector /
Discipline Committee / Concerned Authority. The penalty shall be deducted from
the security deposit or recovered from the student.
If any damage is caused to hostel property in common areas such as washrooms,
gallery, CCTV, entrance lobby or dustbins, a common fine shall be imposed on
all students as per the penalty clause mentioned above.
