Hostel Fee Policy (Academic Year 2024 – 25)

1. Hostel fees for the Academic Year 2024 – 25 (commencing from 15th July 2024 to 31st May 2025) is Rs 1,10,000 / in addition Rs 5000 /- as a security deposit one time for newly admitted students only (refundable on certain terms and conditions). Based on the availability of the rooms (four students on sharing basis and on first come first serve basis) an appropriate room is allotted by the Hostel Rector / Incharge.
2. OMS (Package students will be allotted hostel outside the campus).
3. All the fees will be accepted by DD, POS, and Online transactions only.
4. No Installment facilities available for the Hostel Fees.
5. No Fees will be refunded on cancellation of Hostel admission.
6. Limited rooms available for double occupancy (with attached washroom) on first come first serve basis on paying the fees of Rs 1,50,000 per Academic Year.

1. If any student provisionally admitted in the hostel gets year drop in SF/SUN (could not seek admission to higher class), will get refund as follows:
- a. 1/4th deduction up to 30th September 2024 (if stayed even for a single day) and remaining amount will be refunded or to be carried forward for next year. The student has to submit the refund application along with the grade sheet to the Hostel Department.
- b. If stayed beyond 30th September 2024 to 31st December 2024, ½ deductions (stayed even for a single day after 30th September 2024) and remaining amount to be refunded or to be carried forward for next year.
- c. Staying beyond 31st December 2024, no refund will be given to any students.
2. Any other student, except year drop (YD), once paid the Hostel fees will not get any refund.
3. In case any disciplinary action is taken against any student staying in the hostel, no refund shall be done and will be forfeited including the security deposit also.
4. Fix deduction of Rs 2,500 /- will be made for the common breakage / incidental expenses from the Caution Money if found any.

1. Student damaging the Hostel property (in a room such as window grills / Shera sheets / electric equipment / cupboards / lockers / painting wall or any equipment) will be penalized by imposing a penalty of 03 times more than the actual cost of repairing and will be deducted from the Security Deposit or shall be recovered from the students.
2. If damaging the hostel property of the common area (washrooms / gallery / CCTV / entrance lobby / dustbins), a common fine will be imposed on all the students with the penalty clause mentioned in point no. 01 of section C.
